On January 11, 2019, the integrated development PPP project of Shankou Section of Anqing Hi-tech Zone, Anhui Province, in which East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. participated for capital investment and construction was formally started.

This project was jointly constructed with the capital investment by the governmental investor representative, China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Construction Investment Co., Ltd. of China National Chemical Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd., China National Chemical Engineering Third Construction Co., Ltd. and China Railway (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. (Consortium), with the total estimated investment amount of about 13.269 billion (CNY). It is the largest PPP project in history in Anqing.

After completion of the project, a new chemical industry base with green ecology, high-end, high efficiency and improved industrial chain and a modernized industrial new city that is livable and working environment favorable will rise in Anqing.
