On January 7, 2019, the technical renovation project of Jiaxing Oil Depot of Shell(Zhejiang) Petroleum Trade Co., Ltd., for which ECEC Shanghai Branch was the general contractor, was formally started. This project is the first refined oil project of Shell in China. The Owner stated that in future there would be more refined oil depots to be constructed.

Shell(Zhejiang) Petroleum Trade Co., Ltd. was awarded the qualification for the wholesale of refined oil issued by Ministry of Commerce of the PRC on January 2, 2019. It has become the first international petroleum company awarded the qualification for the wholesale of refined oil in China.
