On December 19, 2019, East China Engineering Science and Technology Co. Ltd. (ECEC) signed the FEED Contract for Utilities of Russian Baltic Sea Chemical Complex with China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven, Ltd. (CC7). The total contract value is about 12 billion (EURO). The project is the world's largest ethylene integration project, using the world's most advanced process and technology which is a petrochemical complex with 2.8 million t/a ethylene and 2.88 million t/a polyethylene, etc.
