Recently, under the witness of Wu Xiangong, Senior Vice President of CNCEC, CNCEC-ECEC and Nyanza International Holdings Proprietary Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NIH") jointly signed the Contract for Feasibility Study and Basic Engineering Design Package and the EPC Framework Agreement for 50 kt/a Ferrous Lithium Phosphate Plant.
Signing this agreement marks a steady development of CNCEC-ECEC’s business in South Africa. In the future, CNCEC-ECEC will contribute to the resource integration, environmental protection and the rising new energy industries in South Africa and neighboring countries. This project will use the ferrous sulfate by-products from the sulfuric acid titanium dioxide project cooperated by the two parties and the surrounding phosphoric acid resources, integrate the lithium ore resources of neighboring countries and realize the efficient recycling utilization of resources.
