On June 23, 2019, the R-GAS gasifier of Yangquan Coal Taihua gasification technical transformation project, as invested by Yangquan Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and EPC contracted by East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully hoisted at one time only, which marks that the project construction has achieved a phased victory, and the important node goal of the project has been completed on schedule.

The development and application of R-GAS gasification technology can fundamentally solve the problem of direct gasification of high ash fusion coal in Shanxi Province and even the whole country. It is of great significance to clean and efficient utilization of high ash and low-quality coal and improve resource utilization efficiency.
