On August 26, 2021, the cornerstone laying ceremony for the 120kt/a new carbon black project (Phase I) of Orion Engineering Carbon (Huaibei) Co., Ltd., for which East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was the general contractor, was held ceremoniously at the construction site of New Coal Chemical Synthetic Material Base, Huaibei, Anhui province.
