On March 18, 2021, East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. announced simultaneously that both parties would jointly invest in the construction of biodegradable material PBAT project. The overall planning scale of the project was 500t/a, of which the construction scale of Phase I was 100kt/a.
