On June 12, 2020, for Suzhou Black Odor Water Project (Lot II) (PPP) under investment of ECEC, the Huancheng River and the Long River section has passed the comprehensive acceptance organized by Suzhou Municipal Administration Bureau, which has been formally put into the operation period.
